As we get older, start to see our changing reflections in the mirror, and begin to feel as though we don’t have the energy we used to, it’s human nature to go in search of anti-aging solutions.

Before I get into the anti-aging solutions, let’s first get to the causes of aging, so to speak. Hormones, for instance, are one of the main causes of the changes we go through as we get older.

The female body is biologically engineered to reproduce in one’s late teens and 20s. That means reproductive hormone levels begin to change at around age 30, which can result in the weight gain, mood swings, and other physical signs of aging.

So we have hormones as one of the “causes” of aging, which everyone goes through. By age 30 our hormone levels certainly aren’t what they were at age 18, and by age 45 our hormone levels aren’t where they were at age 30, and so on.

We have little control over or hormones, but something we do have control over are our personal habits. What I mean by that is, what we put in our bodies has a tremendous effect on how we look and feel.

For example, if you spend most evenings with a glass of wine and a cigarette, that’s the kind of thing that’s actually going to affect your skin as you get older. The same goes for poor eating habits and lack of regular exercise.

Now that we have narrowed down the “causes” of aging we can begin to see what some of the anti-aging solutions are.

If you have already begun to notice the effects of aging, don’t worry, it’s not too late to look into anti-aging solutions and regain your youthfulness.

Since it all comes down to hormones, let’s look at ways we can go about raising them naturally. What you eat drink, think, how much you sleep and exercise, as well as your environment affects your hormones.

Modifying these factors by changing your diet, sleeping patterns, and lowering stress levels can raise your anti aging hormones to a more optimal level.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Did I say we have little control over our hormones? Well technically that is true, we can’t completely prevent hormone levels from dropping, but we can bring them back up again with the help of hormone replacement therapy.

If you have made an attempt to modify external factors, such as what you eat and drink, and how much you exercise, and your hormone levels are still low, then I recommend looking into hormone replacement therapy as an anti-aging solution.
